Rick Hansen was endorsed for the 39A House seat by delegates in the endorsing convention on February 27th, 2010. House District 39A covers the northern end of South St. Paul, the norternmost precinct of Eagan, and the cities of Lillydale, Mendota City, Mendota Heights, and West St. Paul. Rick Hansen represented this district since 2002.
